Jered Snelson, our principal, a Northwest born and raised Washingtonian, originally started Urban Kitchen & Bath (UKB) over a decade ago, and has created gorgeous kitchens and baths ranging from simple to ornate. His mission has always been to deliver dream spaces, and with over 20 years of experience he’s been accomplishing this since day one. His love and passion is in delivering above his customers’ expectations.

Urban Project Management (UPM), established in 2014, grew from Urban Kitchen & Bath after Jered realized that his ability to create for his clients doesn’t stop with kitchens and baths, and that they are only a fraction of what can be created. Therefore, he created UPM with the idea of being your all-in-one construction management company that excels in quality craftsmanship and customer service.
